Menu: back to Weight Watchers edition

I officially joined Weight Watchers Online yesterday.  I've done WW at home before,  using the materials I bought off eBay, but now, with the new PointsPlus system, everything is different.  I never thought I'd pay for something like this, but I got a good deal (no joiners fee with 3-month membership), and so far, I'm pretty impressed with their online tools.    And no, nobody is paying me to tell you this- it's just my personal opinion!

I'm still learning the new PointsPlus system, so some of these meals are a little high in points.  I hope to find other ways to prepare the dishes and lower the points as I go. There will definitely be some tweaking!  ;)
If you have any pointers or know of any great WW blogs, I'd love to hear from you!  :)

  2. Great menu plan! I, too, just joined WW, but I am going to meetings. My hubby joined online and I must say their tools on the computer are impressive. So much more info than in the books I got at the meeting.

The food points for plus points ARE pretty high, but you get more points, too.

    :)

I look forward to following your blog,

  5. I didn't realize you fully stopped doing WW! Welcome back. :) I've heard nothing but good things about the new plan. I'll be joining you in just over a month.

When I am strict w/ WW, we often make Oatmeal Pancakes. My kids actually love them!
Don't know how to short link, but here is the post w/ recipe: (no clue the new Points value because I don't have that material yet):

  6. We're focusing on lowfat meals. We're keeping online food diaries and info on myfitnesspal. It's a great site. I think it can convert dishes into WW points, too. Good luck in your endeavor!
